For me teaching is a tremendously challenging and rewarding experience. I love to communicate about art, to share my experience and knowledge with others.

I promote and attend a variety of workshops to expand my understanding of art and to continue gaining new ideas to share with my students.

I have studied with Terry Madden, Diane Maxey, Lian Zhen, Ron Ranson, Tom Lynch, Elizabeth Kincaid, Stan Miller and more to continue gaining new ideas.
Am a member of the Spokane Watercolor Society and have an AAS degree in Visual Media Design Technology.
