this class we will paint the landscape, outside, at the
The instructor will talk and
demonstrate every morning and after this, the students will paint for the rest
of the day. Discussion and demonstration subjects will be the
fundamentals of painting in watercolor, watercolor techniques, color, value,
composition and design.
Total beginners will be given hand-outs to get them started and then they can
attempt to paint some of the beautiful scenery all around our workshop
site. Intermediate to advanced students will paint on the grounds, a view
of the lake, flowers, and trees, whatever they wish. If it rains we will
move inside. Students are welcome to take breaks during the class and rest
and relax around this site as well as inside this beautiful home.
